Halloween ( or Any Other Holiday) Party Mix

• 1 (15 ounce) bag small pretzels
• 16 ounces Nutter Butter sandwich cookies, miniature
• 1 cup dry roasted peanuts
• 1 12 cups sugar
• 34 cup butter or 34 cup margarine
• 34 cup light corn syrup
• 3 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 12 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 (16 ounce) package M&M's
• 1 (18 ounce) package candy corn

1. In a large bowl combine pretzels, Nutter Butters, and peanuts.
2. In a large saucepan combine sugar, butter, and corn syrup.
3. Bring to a boil over med.
4. heat, boil for 5 minutes.
5. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and baking soda (mixture will foam).
6. Pour over pretzel mixture and QUICKLY stir until coated.
7. Pour into a greased 15x10x1 baking pan.
8. I use a giant roasting pan.
9. Bake at 250 for 45 min, stirring every 15 minutes.
10. Let cool but break apart while still warm.
11. When cool, toss with M&M's and candy corn.
12. Cool completely.
13. Store in an airtight container.
14. Makes 16 cups.
