Indian Green Chutney
- 1 large bunch cilantro top, about 3 cups
- 1 cup mint leaves, loosely packed
- 1 tbsp honey, I prefer raw honey
- 6 clove garlic
- 1 large Serrano pepper, stemmed.. but with seeds.. add more if you dare
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 olive oil as needed
- combine ingredients in a blender, drizzle enough oil while push8ng herbs to the blades until a pesto like consistency
- great to serve with naan, meats, fish.
- accompanied well with some Greek yogurt
