In the Mood for Something Tropical Virgin Pina Colada

• 250 ml pineapple juice
• 100 ml coconut cream
• crushed ice, as required
• fresh pineapple, small wedge

1. Blend coconut cream, pineapple juice and ice in a blender until it is frothy.
2. Pour into a glass.
3. Garnish with the pineapple wedge and serve.
4. Enjoy!
