Southwest Pizza
- 1 whole 12 Inch Size Frozen/Pre-made Pizza Shell
- 1/2 cups Ranch Dressing - Use More Or Less Depending On Taste
- 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Frozen Corn Kernels
- 1/2 White Onion, Diced
- 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed Then Diced
- 6 whole Jalapeno Slices, Diced
- 1 cup Shredded, Cooked Chicken Breast
- 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cups Fresh Chives, Chopped
- 1/4 bottles BBQ Sauce - Use According To Taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper And Garlic Salt, To Taste
- Preheat the oven to 400 F. Put the pizza shell onto a pizza pan.
- Spread a thin layer of ranch dressing across your pizza shell.
- Evenly coat this with 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Top with corn, onion, bell pepper, jalapenos and chicken, spreading ingredients evenly.
- Coat this with the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
- Top with fresh chives.
- Drizzle BBQ sauce lightly over the entire pizza and sprinkle black pepper and garlic salt on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust edges are golden brown.
- Serve hot or cold and enjoy!
