Cole Slaw
- 1 head cabbage, cored and thinly sliced
- 1 md. onion, thinly sliced
- 1-1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- Combine cabbage, onion,carrot and bell pepper in a bowl.
- In a sauce pan, combine vinegar,sugar, dry mustard, and celery seed; bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and stir in canola oil.
- Pour mixture over salad mixture and mix well.
- Refrigerate.
