Chicken And Rice Curry Recipe

  1. Heat butter in large casserole dish on top of stove.
  2. Add in curry pwdr and stir till blended.
  3. Coat chicken breasts thoroughly.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees till light brown, 30 to 40 min.
  5. Add in chicken broth, rice, and cream.
  6. Cover and continue baking about 25 min till rice is cooked.
  7. Uncover for last 10 min.
  8. NOTE: I usually bone and skin chicken.
  9. You can also substitute prepared chicken gravy in place of heavy cream.
