- 1 onion, diced

- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoons salt
- Place ribs in roaster with 1 cup water.
- Bake at 325 covered for 60 minutes or until almost done.
- You do not want them too soft or they will fall off the bones too soon.
- If there is liquid left - drain and save for soup stock.
- Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over ribs.
- Bake @ 325 for another hour.
- If you liked them broiled a bit, remove cover and turn on broiler.
- Watch carefully so they do not burn.
