Asian Marinated Flank Steak

  1. Combine 1st seven ingredients in a blender, until pureed.
  2. Place flank steak in a large ziploc bag and pour marinade into bag.
  3. Marinate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  4. Prepare charcoal grill to medium heat.
  5. Reserve marinade.
  6. Grill for 8-10 minutes per side.
  7. When turning the first time, brush some of the marinade on top of the meat.
  8. Boil the remaining marinade to serve with the meat.
  9. Cut across the grain, and serve with cooked basmati rice.
