Apple Pie Pork Chops

  1. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  2. Dip the pork chops in the flour mixture, coating completely.
  3. In a large deep skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chops and brown for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
  5. Stir in the pie filling and water.
  6. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until no pink remains in the chops.
  7. Serve with the sauce spooned over the top.
