Pork Chop & Potato Bake Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet.
  3. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, set aside.
  4. Combine soup, lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, pepper and 1/2 tsp.
  5. seasoned salt.
  6. Stir in thawed hash brown potatoes, 1/2 the cheese and 1/2 French fried onion.
  7. Spoon mix into 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  8. Arrange pork chops over potatoes.
  9. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 min.
  10. Top with remaining cheese and onions.
  11. Bake uncovered for 5 min more.
  12. 6 servings.
