Carrot Cake

  1. Cake: Sift together into bowl the first 6 ingredients.
  2. Then Add the rest of ingredients.
  3. Mix well with beater.
  4. For 9 x 13 glass pan 325 degrees.
  5. For 9 x 13 Alum.
  6. pan 350 degrees.
  7. 45 - 60 minutes.
  8. Can also be made into cupcakes.
  9. But will take less time to bake.
  10. Frosting:Mix well with electric beater.
  11. Frost Cool Cake.
