Grouper Parmesan Recipe
- 2 lbs. grouper fish fillets
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
- Paprika and parsley
- Cut fish into serving pcs.
- Blot excess moisture with paper towel.
- Make single layer in 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients except paprika and parsley.
- Spread over fish.
- Sprinkle on paprika.
- Bake 25-30 min at 350 degrees.
- Garnish with minced parsley before serving.
