Simple but Scrumptious Tomato Sauce

• 500 g organic tomato passata (thick sieved tomatoes)
• 12 teaspoon onion powder
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 12 teaspoon oregano
• 14 teaspoon herbes de provence
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 1 dash pepper

1. Combine everything in a small saucepan.
2. Heat gently for 10 minute.
3. Voila!
4. Wonderful on pasta or ricotta ravioli.
