Grilled Chicken Dijon Salad

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Grill chicken 6 to 8 min.
  3. on each side or until done (165F).
  4. Cool slightly; slice.
  5. Whisk oil, vinegar, mustard and black pepper until blended.
  6. Place salad greens on 4 serving plates; top with vegetables and chicken.
  7. Drizzle with vinaigrette just before serving.
