Chicken & Green Bean Casserole Recipe
- 8 chicken thighs or possibly breasts
- 1 lg. bag frzn French cut green beans
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 2 pkg. almonds, slivered
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken mushroom soup
- Boil the chicken for about 1/2 hour to 45 min.
- Skin and debone.
- Thaw the green beans and put in a large bowl.
- Open can of chestnuts and drain.
- Saute/fry the almonds and put in the bowl.
- Mix cans of soup with green beans, almonds and water chestnuts.
- Put in a casserole dish and bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
