Poppy Seed Bread/Muffins Recipe
- 3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/8 c. oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
- 1 1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl.
- Mix egg, lowfat milk and flavorings and add in to dry ingredients.
- Bake in 2 greased loaf pans for 1 hour or possibly mini muffins for 15 min.
- Cold a short time and top with orange juice and lemon juice.
