Deep fried Shiitake
- 12 shiitake mushroom,cut off stems
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp each ,salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp chopped parsley or more as needed
- 1 vegetable oil to fry,enough to cover mushroom
- 1 bottle of cold soda water,use just as you need ,not all
- Mix flour,salt,pepper,parsley in mixing bowl,slowly add cold soda water JUST LITTLE AT TIME ,stir to check consistensy ,not too thin or thick..
- Dip mushroom into batter,deep fry in vegetable oil on medium heat until flour turn golden and crispy,serve with sweet Thai Chilli sauce :)
