Okara Steamed Cake in the Microwave

  1. Add all ingredients into a microwave-safe plastic container and mix.
  2. Cover lightly and microwave for 2.5 minutes at 500 W.
  3. So chewy and delicious!
  4. Bon appetit!
  5. *Here I used 3 tablespoons of water instead of milk, and didn't use vegetable oil.
  6. *It doesn't look very different, but tastes rather dry.
