Okara Steamed Cake in the Microwave
- 3 tbsp Fresh okara
- 3 tbsp Cake flour
- 3 tbsp Milk (or water)
- 1/3 tbsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Add all ingredients into a microwave-safe plastic container and mix.
- Cover lightly and microwave for 2.5 minutes at 500 W.
- So chewy and delicious!

- *Here I used 3 tablespoons of water instead of milk, and didn't use vegetable oil.
- *It doesn't look very different, but tastes rather dry.
