Shin Ramen with Poached Egg

  1. Basically, cook the Shin ramen as usual.
  2. Once water comes to a boil, add noodles and soup as well as a drizzle of vinegar.
  3. When the noodles have lightly separated, crack in a raw egg.
  4. Simmer following the instruction on the package, and it's done.
