Shin Ramen with Poached Egg
- 1 pack Shin ramen
- 1 Egg
- 1 Vinegar
- Basically, cook the Shin ramen as usual.
- Once water comes to a boil, add noodles and soup as well as a drizzle of vinegar.
- When the noodles have lightly separated, crack in a raw egg.
- Simmer following the instruction on the package, and it's done.
