Peanut Butter Pie Recipe
- 4 ounce. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (9 ounce.) pkg. whipped topping
- 1 9" graham cracker pie crust
- 1/4 c. minced peanuts, optional
- 1/4 c. granulated chocolate, optional
- Whip cream cheese till soft and fluffy.
- (This is the secret to a good pie.)
- Add in sugar and peanut butter.
- Slowly add in lowfat milk and whipped topping.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Sprinkle with nuts or possibly chocolate and freeze till hard, at least 3 hrs.
- Thaw 10 min before serving.
- You may want to experiment using chunky peanut butter, a different crust, or possibly different toppings.
- This recipe makes a great kid's summer treat.
- Pour filling into popsicle molds and freeze till solid.
- Serves 8.
