Bread Salad

  1. Prepare vegetables as descriped.
  2. Cut bread into 1/4 inch cubes and fry in nonstick pan until slightly toasted, stirring constantly.
  3. Mix spices and lemon juice, stir in olive oil.
  4. Mix together the bread, vegetables and the dressing.
  5. Allow to marinate for 2 hours.
  6. Serve.
