Farmer's Recipe Simmered Beef and Mushroom

  1. Chop the beef into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Remove the stem from the mushrooms and break them apart with your hands.
  3. Put the mushrooms into a pot.
  4. Spread the beef over the mushrooms.
  5. Combine the A ingredients, mix well, and pour over beef and mushrooms.
  6. Cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Remove the lid and continue simmering until the sauce has been reduced.
  9. Keep mixing while simmering.
  10. Serve it up after it's cooled down.
  11. Arrange on a plate, top with green onions, and enjoy.
