Banana Bran Muffins

  1. GREASE 12 large muffin tins or line with paper baking cups.
  2. WHISK together bananas, milk, honey, oil and egg.
  3. Stir in cereal.
  4. MIX remaining ingredients in large bowl.
  5. STIR cereal mixture into dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened.
  6. Spoon into muffin cups, filling each to the top.
  7. BAKE at 400F (200C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until firm to the touch.
  8. Cool in pan 5 minutes; remove muffins and cool on rack.
  9. Store in airtight container.
