Potatoes Salad

  1. Wash your potatoes, peal them and cut them in small piece.
  2. Put water in a pot and place it over the stove on HI.
  3. Add the potatoes and add one pinch of salt.
  4. Wait for about 10 minutes and remove the potatoes from the stove
  5. While your potatoes are on the stove cut the chicken, onion, garlic, tomatoes and carrot in small pieces.
  6. After 5 minutes check to see if the water is almost over and add the potatoes and the peas.
  7. Add the salt and wait for about 3-5 minutes for all the water to evaporate.
  8. In a pot add one tablespoon of vegetables oil.
  9. Add the chicken, onion, tomatoes, carrot and the garlic and add one or two pinch of black pepper mix everything and wait for a out 2 minutes and then add one cup of water to allow the carrot to be cooked.
  10. cut your boiled eggs in small pieces and add it to the potatoes and voila it's ready.
  11. Serve with one Chicken wigs or fried bacon.
