Cheesy Kale Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Rub oil into kale until well coated and shiny.
  3. Add nutritional yeast, and toss to coat.
  4. Divide kale between 2 baking sheets.
  5. Bake 5 minutes, or until leaves look shrunken.
  6. Flip and move kale leaves with tongs.
  7. Bake 5 to 10 minutes more, or until kale is crispy.
  8. Sprinkle with salt, if desired.
