Turkey Chili

  1. Heat oil in large stockpot on medium high heat until oil faintly smokes.
  2. Add ground turkey.
  3. Cruble and sear until lightly browned.
  4. Add garlic, peppers, and onions to browned turkey.
  5. Stir in chili powder, salt, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, bay leaves, cloves, and cumin.
  6. Add tomatoes and stock.
  7. Bring to simmer; add beans.
  8. Continue to simmer, uncovered, on low medium-medium heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Discard bay leaves.
