Pink Lady Recipe

  1. Place a cocktail glass in the freezer to chill.
  2. Place the gin, egg white (if using), cream, and grenadine in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker halfway with ice and shake until the outside is frosty, about 30 seconds.
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
