Christmas Cookies

  1. Cream butter, sugar and then beaten egg yolk.
  2. Sprinkle 1 cup flour over the fruit and nuts.
  3. Add spices and salt to remaining flour.
  4. Combine butter, fruit and flour.
  5. Add vanilla and baking soda.
  6. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
  7. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350u0b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
