Sweet and Savory Ribs

  1. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
  2. Cover the ribs with the rub on both sides.
  3. Wrap tightly in foil and place in a 400-degree oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Cut a slit in the top of the foil and smear with your favorite BBQ sauce (mine is Sweet Baby Rays Barbecue Sauce!).
  5. Bake for another 7 minutes.
  6. Let the rib rest for about 10 minutes before cutting!
  7. These ribs are guaranteed to be a family favorite.
