Sweet and Savory Ribs
- 1 rack Ribs Pork Or Beef
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
- Cover the ribs with the rub on both sides.
- Wrap tightly in foil and place in a 400-degree oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- Cut a slit in the top of the foil and smear with your favorite BBQ sauce (mine is Sweet Baby Rays Barbecue Sauce!).
- Bake for another 7 minutes.
- Let the rib rest for about 10 minutes before cutting!
- These ribs are guaranteed to be a family favorite.
