Summer Squash & Zucchini Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Melt butter and stir in stuffing.
  3. Spread half of mixture in 9x13 pan.
  4. Mix soup, sour cream, carrots, onion, squash, zucchini and bacon and spread over stuffing.
  5. Spread remaining stuffing on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes
