Bhindi Masala 2 Recipe

  2. Grind ginger and garlic into a paste using a small food processor.

  4. Heat oil in large skillet, over medium heat, add in onions, and saute/fry till translucent/soft, about 5 min.
  5. Add in ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, coriander, cumin, and salt; cook, stirring, 1 to 2 min.

  7. Add in tomatoes, chile pwdr, okra, and green peppers.
  8. If mix appears dry, add in 1/4 c. water.
  9. Add in garam masala, and cook, covered, 15 to 20 min.
