Waffles W/ Wheat Flour
- 1 12 cups 1% low-fat milk
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 34 cup white flour
- 34 cup wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 14 teaspoon salt
- Combine milk, oil, and eggs in a medium bowl.
- In a separate bowl, stir together the dry ingredients.
- Add the dry ingredients to the liquid ones.
- Whisk to combine.
- Pour about 1/2 cup batter onto the center of the waffle grid.
- Cook until done, about 4 minutes.
