Chicken with Hummus and Yogurt Dressing (low fat)

  1. Make three diagonal slits on each chicken breast.
  2. Cook chicken at 180C/350F for 45 minutes (or until juice runs clear).
  3. Mix dressing together, and drizzle over each cooked chicken breast
