Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Wipe the mushrooms clean with a damp paper towel and remove the stems.
  2. Place the mushroom caps in a lightly-oiled, shallow baking dish.
  3. Mince the stems.
  4. Combine all the remaining ingredients, including the minced stems, and mix well.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps and bake in a preheated 350 oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
  7. Makes about 24 appetizers.
