Chocolate Chip Bars
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 2/3 c. (10 oz.) peanut butter chips, divided
- 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1 can sweet milk
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 tsp. shortening
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Put butter in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Heat in oven until melted.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over butter; press down with fork.
- Layer 1 cup of peanut butter chips over crumbs; sprinkle coconut over chips.
- Layer remaining 2/3 cup peanut butter chips over coconut.
- Drizzle sweet milk evenly over top.
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Microwave on High the shortening and chocolate chips for 1 minute.
- Stir.
- Continue until chips are melted and mixture.
- Cool completely.
- Cut into bars.
