- 12 cup chopped red onion
- 13 cup chopped red pepper
- 14 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 12 cup olive oil
- 2 (12 ounce) cans tuna
- salt and pepper
