Arugula and Prosciutto Salad

  1. For each serving: Toss 2 cups (500 mL) of the arugula with 4 oz.
  2. (125 g) of the mozzarella cheese and 2 Tbsp.
  3. (30 mL) of the dressing.
  4. Place on serving plate.
  5. Top with 1/2 oz.
  6. (15 g) of the onion, 1 Tbsp.
  7. (15 mL) of the pine nuts, 1/4 cup (50 mL) of the oranges and 2 oz.
  8. (60 g) of the prosciutto.
