Stone BBQ Salmon
- 1 Fillet of Salmon
- 1 Chopped spring onion
- 2 Roma tomoatoes
- 1 tbsp fresh ground ginger
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 salt & pepper
- 1 handful fresh basil
- Mix honey, Dijon mustard and garlic together in a bowl.
- Place salmon skin down on stone cooking plate (Can use Cedar plank or baking pan if using the oven)
- Add chopped basil, spring onions, tomatoes ground ginger, salt & pepper.
- Smear mustard & honey mix over the top skinless side.
- Place on medium heat BBQ for approximately 15 minutes.
- Ensure heat is even under stone plate to prevent cracking.
