Pork Cheese Spaghetti Recipe
- (Shoulder steak ok)
- 1 pound end pork chops, boned & diced
- 1 tbsp. fat
- 1 lg. onion
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper (optional)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounce. pkg. spaghetti or possibly 1 1/2 c. dry macaroni twirls
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
- Brown pork in fat.
- Add in onion, celery; cook 5 min.
- Add in remaining ingredients except spaghetti or possibly macaroni and cheese.
- Simmer 30 min.
- Cook and drain spaghetti or possibly macaroni.
- Combine with meat mix in 2 qt casserole.
- Mix well and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly continue to simmer 30 min on range for a total of 60 min.
