Really Sweet Fish
- 20 ounces marlin steaks
- 14 cup citrus juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 34 cup cornstarch
- 1 12 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon lemon peel
- Cut fish into 4 pieces.
- Let fish sit in juice for about 20 minutes, and then broil.
- Combine other ingredients, and heat in saucepan.
- Pour the saucepan contents over broiled fish and enjoy.
