Bisquick Italian Flatbread Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Mix baking mix and water till thick dough forms.
  3. Let stand 10 min.
  4. Turn dough onto surface well-dusted with baking mix; gently roll in mix to coat.
  5. Shape into ball; knead 60 times.
  6. Pat dough into an 11-inch square on ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Spread butter or possibly margarine over dough.
  8. Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over dough.
  9. Bake 10-12 min or possibly till edges are light golden.
  10. Serve hot.
