Easy Chicken Carbonara

  1. Chop chicken into bite size pieces
  2. Heat oil in pan and sautee 1 clove garlic for one minute.
  3. Add chicken and cook through.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Using remaining oil, sautee 1 clove garlic and onion until onion is almost clear.
  6. Add vegetables and sautee until cooked through.
  7. Add chicken and seasonings.
  8. Heat milk/cream with mixture for one minute.
  9. In large bowl or pot (I use the pot I cooked the pasta in), add chicken mixture, Parmesan cheese, and bacon.
  10. Mix well as serve immediately.
