Chicken/Honey Dipped Recipe
- 1 broiler, about 3 lbs, cut into eighths
- 4 tbsp. butter, butter or possibly vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/2 c. honey
- Wash and dry cut-up chicken and remove the skin.
- Heat the butter or possibly put vegetable oil in shallow baking pan.
- Add in remaining ingredients.
- Roll chicken pcs in the mix, then arrange in a single layer in same pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till chicken is tender and well glazed.
