Chocolate Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Combine flour, coconut, sugar, cocoa, and whipping cream in food processor bowl.
  3. Process until mixture forms a dough. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead gently about 6 times.
  4. Roll to a thickness of about 1/2 inch or a little less. Cut with a 2 inch biscuit cutter. Dip into melted butter and be sure the biscuits are coated with butter on both sides.
  5. Place on a baking sheet spacing the biscuits about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until no longer doughy.
  7. Place biscuits on a rack with wax paper underneath the rack.
