Chicken Parmesan

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees (200 C.).
  2. Heat oil in skillet.
  3. Coat both sides of chicken in crumb mix.
  4. When oil starts to simmer, add chicken and saute until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
  5. Pour marinara sauce in a 9x13 pan.
  6. Place chicken on marinera sauce and top each piece with mozzarella.
  7. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake until cheese melts and browns, about 20 minutes.
  9. Cook pasta in boiling water just until tender.
  10. Drain, place in platter or individual plates.
  11. Put chicken and sauce over pasta and serve.
