Bubba's Beer Broiled Shrimp Recipe

  1. Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving tails intact.
  2. Combine beer and remaining ingredients in a large shallow dish; add in shrimp, stirring gently to coat.
  3. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 2 to 3 hrs, stirring occasionally.
  4. Drain shrimp, discarding marinade.
  5. Thread neck and tail of each shrimp onto six 14-inch skewers so shrimp will lie flat; place skewers on a lightly greased rack of a broiler pan.
  6. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) 3 min; turn and broil an additional 1 to 2 min or possibly till shrimp turn pink.
  7. This recipe yields 6 servings.
