Butternut squash, Brussel sprout sausage mixture

  1. Place a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. When the pan is hot, add a drizzle of olive oil followed by the sausage and chili flakes.
  5. Cook, breaking up with the back of a wooden spoon until the sausage is nicely browned and mostly cooked through (about 5 minutes)
  6. Next, add the butternut squash.
  7. Season with salt and pepper and cook until they start to get some color (5-8 minutes).
  8. Next, add the Brussels sprouts and drizzle with honey
  9. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 more minutes.
  10. Add the chicken stock and scrape the bottom of the pan to deglaze
  11. top with feta cheese and drizzle with honey to serve.
  12. Remove from heat and cover to allow flavors to blend for 5min
