Roasted Caraway Potatoes

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or large heavy duty zip-top plastic bag.
  2. Stir mixture in bowl or seal bag, and shake well to coat.
  3. Place potato mixture in an ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees (200 C.) for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
