Savory Cranberry Stuffing

  1. Heat butter; saute onion, celery and savory for 3 minutes.
  2. Add chicken broth and cranberries; simmer for 3 minutes.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Pour over cubed bread, and mix until liquid is absorbed.
  5. Place mixture in a 9x9-inch pan and bake at 300F for 35-40 minutes.
