Special Spuds

  1. Take 2 pieces of tin foil and lightly spray the tinfoil with buttter flavored cooking spray where the potato will be.
  2. Sprinkle that area with a little seasoning salt and pepper.
  3. Split the potato in half.
  4. Sprinkle both halves with the seasonings.
  5. Place one slice onion on the potato and top with the 1 tablespoon butter.
  6. Place other half of potato onion.
  7. Wrap the bacon around the potato in a criss cross fashion.
  8. Holding potato tightly together, roll up in tin foil.
  9. Repeat with other potato.
  10. Bake approximately 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and bacon is cooked.
